Yes! We offer both DSLR and iPad booth options. The DSLR gives you that high-end, professional touch, while our iPad booth provides fast, seamless, and ultra-shareable images. The best part? You get to choose!
Yes! Book with us and refer a friend. If they book at the same time and don’t cancel, we’ll send you $100 back (48 hours after your event) as a thank you – the NYLUXECAM way!
We are a small, women-owned business one women with a dedicated team of six. But keep an eye out—by the end of the year, we might be expanding to another state, we like to think BIG!

Yes, additional fees apply if the event exceeds the booked time. We will invoice you within 24-48 hours post-event, and you’ll have 1 business days to make pa yment.
A $100-$500 retainer fee secures your date.
Final balance is due one week before your event.

Yes! Once we finalize your details (including your custom digital frame design), we’ll send over your contract to make everything official.
Our Selfie Photo Booth is easy to use and perfect for events that books a drop-off service while still getting the full NYLUXECAM experience. We use only top-quality equipment to ensure the best results. A List of instructions on how to operate the booth will be placed on the back and provided by text and e mail before drop-off for peace of mind.

Yes, but it's rarely needed. We use top-of-the-line equipment to ensure reliability. However, if a malfunction occurs on our end, we are always on standby to assist. If the issue is due to client-related factors, they will be responsible.
We need about 1 hour to 2 hours before the event starts to set up. We also recommend in our contracts that you provide us with 3 phone numbers and e mails, to ensure smooth and efficient flow, and notifying your venue in advance that NYLUXECAM is coming to take over!
Depends on the setup! Generally, we require 4ft-8ft square feet to create the perfect booth experience. We recommend being next to an entrance or window is very important. We ask that we are able to have a OUTLET near by, outlets should not be more then 2 feet from Photo Both Set up.
Our backdrops range from 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft, depending on your vision.
